  • Manage and lead the application support team consists of L1 -L2 support team
  • Handle regular server/ backend application support & maintenance
  • Assist in creating training materials in regards to troubleshooting & usage
  • Responsible for system change request handling & execution
  • Solve all technical issues including backend, new store, configuration, data patching (SQL DB) and more

What you'll need to succeed:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technology field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in technical knowledge of a company's products & services preferably a retail business environment
  • Experience in regional environment and role
  • Ability to manage projects efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills in English is preferred
