Application Maintenance Production Support (AS400/Silverlake)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for technical resolutions, managing the incident, problem, and knowledge management processes for the relevant applications.
• Provide comprehensive support to internal customers, resolving any outstanding issues.
• Manage third-party product vendors and integration partners to ensure timely and high-quality application code fix deliveries.
• Test, maintain, and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
• Collaborate with production support team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code, and perform unit testing.
• Work with business stakeholders to manage and prioritize the overall workload, focusing on problem remediation.

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; additional professional/technical qualifications are beneficial but not mandatory.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant Banking or Information Technology roles.
• Proficiency in IBM AS400 platform, RPG, COBOL, and CL programming.
• Solid understanding and experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong knowledge of service management and production support.
• Familiarity with Silverlake's banking software suite.
