A robust training framework is one of their core pillars in investing in their employees.They are looking for an PTP - Accounts Payable Manager / T&E Manager

Job responsibilities include:

• Direct and oversee T&E Team of up to 11 headcount
• Relevant experience in the field of T&E audits
• Good understanding of firm's policies and expense review process; manage workflow and service delivery,
• Work on forensic audit by performing detailed audits including receipt check
• Identify red flags and do a deep dive investigation
• Review and ensure company policies and procedures are appropriate, effective, efficient and being adhered to pertaining to accounts payable
• Manage multiple T&E audit teams and handle 2nd level of escalation
• Lead the team to continuously seek out improvement and establish appropriate controls
• Work with AP Team to develop, train and coach the Accounts Payable team, ensuring that there is a clear succession plan
• Develop knowledge and capability in team members to raise competence to expected levels to meet current and future business needs.
• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with key contacts in End Markets and the stakeholders

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Relevant T&E Experience of at least 8 years
• SAP concur knowledge will be advantageous
• Experience managing a large team of 10 headcount or above is preferred but not necessary
• Shared Services Background / International MNC with regional exposure will be advantageous
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Good communication skill and able to communicate effectively in English.
