Designs, integrates, and deploys Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs, with a strong emphasis on coding, model fine-tuning, and implementing MLOps best practices.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to develop and refine analytical use cases, ensuring alignment with Analytics leads and partners.
  • Contribute actively to projects of varying scope, complexity, and urgency within the insurance domain.
  • Bridge the gap between business challenges and analytical solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret data and models to quickly formulate, test, and iterate hypotheses.
  • Prepare, structure, and present analyses and data visualizations to effectively communicate insights, findings, and recommendations to business users.
  • Serve as a Machine Learning subject matter expert, supporting Data & Analytics teams and business stakeholders.
  • Oversee and guide onshore and offshore analytics and data science projects.
  • Plan and manage sprint activities, providing accurate effort estimates for tasks and stories.
  • Ensure adherence to the company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Share expertise and contribute reusable practices, tools, and techniques within the team and across the organization.

Job Requirement:

  • Holds a tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Experienced in generating insights from large datasets.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Solid understanding of computer vision, particularly using Azure Document Intelligence.
  • Good knowledge of DevOps and MLOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Azure Databricks (advantageous).
  • Hands-on experience in collaborative programming projects.
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
