I began my recruitment career in 2022 after earning a degree in Psychology. Starting as a fresh graduate recruiter, I quickly adapted to the fast-paced world of contract staffing while also supporting permanent placements. What started as a job opportunity soon grew into a genuine passion, driven by my motivation to connect talent with opportunity and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience across both contract and permanent hiring in recruitment agencies, which strengthened my commercial acumen and sharpened my sales-focused mindset. I later moved into a role dedicated solely to permanent recruitment, which broadened my exposure, but I always knew contracting was where I truly thrived.

Joining Ambition as a Senior Consultant in Contracting is the ideal next step. It allows me to combine my expertise with my passion for building strong client partnerships, delivering tailored talent solutions, and supporting businesses through agile, high impact hiring strategies.

Roles I Recruit For

I specialise in recruiting mid to C-suite level roles across diverse industries. My experience spans corporate services functions such as HR, finance, accounting, banking, administration, and legal. I also have extensive experience in contract staffing for both expatriate and local talent across IT, manufacturing, logistics, oil & gas, corporate, shared services, and project-based hiring.

Whether it’s short-term support or long-term strategic placements, I work closely with employers to deliver flexible, effective staffing solutions aligned with their business goals.

Outside of Ambition

Outside of work, I am passionate about Bharatanatyam, a classical Indian dance form I’ve practiced since the age of seven. Dance has taken me around the world for performances and has enriched my life with cultural experiences, rhythm, and music. It’s my sanctuary; when I perform, everything feels balanced and grounded. I also love traveling, especially long journeys that give me space to explore, unwind, and reflect. Staying active is important to me, so I enjoy indoor activities that help me break a sweat. I cherish spending quality time with my loved ones, and I dedicate part of my “me time” to journaling, which helps me stay centred, express my thoughts, and maintain clarity in both life and work.
