Admin Assistant

Job description

Job Descriptions:

  • Reporting to Office/HR Manager in Singapore and the Partners
  • Coordination travel arrangements for Malaysia and Thailand team members
  • Attend to visitors and facilitate meeting room bookings
  • Other admin tasks include business card printing, overseas and local courier arrangements, office access card issuance, set up zoom/bluejeans calls, printing and binding of investment materials etc
  • Organize meetings, conferences, offsite events and department events
  • Work closely with an Associate member in Singapore Headquarter office on managing investors' data and correspondences
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Minimum 3 years' similar or relevant positions
  • Good communication in English and interpersonal skills
  • Good teamwork, good EQ, resourcefulness, problem solving mindset
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to multitask


  • Minimum Diploma Holder
