Accounts Receivable Manager / AR Team lead - SSC / MNC

About our Client

Our Client is a Multi-National Company within its respective industries. Being a publicly listed MNC, they invest massive resources to train and develop their people from the ground with an excellent pathway for career progression. They are currently looking multiple SENIOR positions of Order to Cash (OTC) / AR Manager - AR Accounts Receivable Manager / Team Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of up to 10 -20 people
  • Overview of Cash Application, Cash Management AR reconciliation Activities
  • Diligently monitors the accounts receivable aging and develops, executes, and monitors processes & procedures to meet DSO goals and minimize collection risks.
  • Develops and leads process for accounts receivable analytic and trend analysis for monthly and quarterly reporting
  • To update and monitor the AR credit control as per company policy
  • Review daily and weekly Cash Application.
  • Drive the improvement in overdue debt and collection effectiveness for the countries and companies under your control;
  • Participate in any process improvement related projects
  • Liaise with other business unit when required
  • Performs other duties and participate in special projects as may be assigned

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant AR experience, with managerial experience
  • SSC background with SAP knowledge is advantageous
  • Able to self-motivate and work independently in a fast paced MNC environment.
  • Minimum requirement Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or any equivalent
  • Ability to communicate well
