About our Client

Our Client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry. Being a public listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources into their staff training programme to develop their people from the ground. They are currently looking for multiple positions - AR Team lead - Billing

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team between 10-20 in size
• Act as first point of escalation to assist your team members on operational issues
• To overlook the overall process of Billing activities
• Act as a backup for billing activities, e.g. ensuring timely billing activities are done within company's policies and protocol
• Conduct regular review of the Company's system data to provide accurate information to the management team
• Liaise with internal & External stakeholders regarding any Billing queries
• Assist in process improvement projects as required by the management team

Requirements

• AT LEAST 5 years of working experience
• Minimum 2 years of mangerial/supervisory experience
• Prior experience in Shared Service Centre (SSC) is advantageous, but candidates from MNC/Commercial are encouraged to apply
• Able to self-motivate and work well with colleagues
