Accounts Payable Executive

Our client is a multinational consumer manufacturing company in Malaysia who are looking to hire an AP Executive, who will be responsible for accounts payable scope in their well-established Finance team. The role will be supporting and reporting directly to the Finance Manager, based in Rawang office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable scopes, along with indirect taxation matters.
• Liaise with vendors for any account discrepancies or disputes.
• Maintaining accurate journal entries are input into the system.
• Verify and review staff claims and vendor creation.
• Assist in annual tax and audit matters.
• Perform in ad-hoc tasks and assignments as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Possess Degree in Finance/Accountancy or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounts payable experience.
• Spoken and written proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
• JDE experience will be an added advantage.
