Accounts Executive (ATR)

  • Handle and resolve all accounting‑related queries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare and ensure high‑quality general ledger reconciliations; follow up on open items.
  • Meet all group and internal deadlines for reporting and closing activities.
  • Support and manage period‑end closing tasks with accuracy.
  • Escalate major issues or red flags to management promptly.
  • Conduct monthly pre‑closing meetings with local stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong internal controls over accounting and reporting procedures.
  • Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are updated and maintained.
  • Assist in training new colleagues within the team.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors during audit cycles.
  • Support local entities and headquarters in meeting statutory reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Accounting & Reporting team as well as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent fields.
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal); able to conduct meetings and presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
  • Experience with major ERP systems (preferably SAP).
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Organized, systematic, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Customer‑oriented with strong initiative and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Flexible attitude and ability to build effective working relationships.
