Job Summary:

The A &R Process & Control SME will support the Process and Control Workstream by managing and maintaining Global Risk and Control registers, Process and Control Blueprints, process maps, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) owned by Central Finance in alignment with BU Oracle implementation. This role involves leading design-related forums, supporting audits, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving governance and continuous process improvements for Oracle system processes. The ideal candidate possesses deep functional knowledge of Oracle modules and their integrations particularly with Strategic Coupa and demonstrates a strong risk mindset to ensure compliance, process efficiency, and robust internal controls across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Global Process and Control documentation, ensuring updates follow proper governance and approvals.
  • Provide timely progress updates on Process and Control milestones for BU implementations via reports and dashboards.
  • Lead BU Process and Control forums, delivering actionable recommendations and driving alignment across teams.
  • Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely documentation and remediation of findings.
  • Partner with the Central Design team to document updates and validate Oracle process designs across Pods.
  • Review BU Process and Control documentation for alignment with Global standards.
  • Facilitate governance processes for approved localizations and prepare related documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Central Delivery team to ensure timely execution of key activities and deliverables.
  • Drive value-add contributions in special or ad hoc projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, ICAEW) or working toward designation is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience.
  • Prior experience in Big 4 audit firms and/or financial services industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of Oracle and Coupa is highly desirable.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, independent, and resourceful.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative team player willing to support beyond own scope.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Oracle, Coupa, and/or OneStream is an advantage.
