Account Renewal Senior Manager

Work Scope

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients' HR teams and senior managers
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services, meeting or exceeding expectations
  • Conduct regular business review meetings and product knowledge training sessions
  • Collaborate with financial advisor representatives on insurance restructuring opportunities
  • Lead and assist in servicing matters for both existing and new Employee Benefits (EB) clients
  • Identify and analyze market segments to develop strategies for group products
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Account Renewal Leads
  • Drive and monitor team performance to meet targets
  • Ensure compliance with BNM regulations and other relevant requirements


  • Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the Malaysian insurance industry, including business development, brokering, sales management, and client interaction
  • Interest in leveraging technology to create innovative offerings for the Malaysian market and enhance insurance processes
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently
  • Possess an entrepreneurial, interactive, and cooperative attitude
