Account Renewal Senior Manager
Job description
Work Scope
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients' HR teams and senior managers
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services, meeting or exceeding expectations
- Conduct regular business review meetings and product knowledge training sessions
- Collaborate with financial advisor representatives on insurance restructuring opportunities
- Lead and assist in servicing matters for both existing and new Employee Benefits (EB) clients
- Identify and analyze market segments to develop strategies for group products
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Account Renewal Leads
- Drive and monitor team performance to meet targets
- Ensure compliance with BNM regulations and other relevant requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the Malaysian insurance industry, including business development, brokering, sales management, and client interaction
- Interest in leveraging technology to create innovative offerings for the Malaysian market and enhance insurance processes
- Self-driven and capable of working independently
- Possess an entrepreneurial, interactive, and cooperative attitude
