My professional journey has been shaped by a deep passion for understanding people and creating positive workplace experiences. With a foundation in psychology, I began my career in roles that strengthened my communication and organisational skills, including supporting scholarship administration and leading early childhood education programmes. These experiences taught me empathy, adaptability, and attention to detail, qualities that later became invaluable when I transitioned into human resources.

Starting as an HR intern, I gained hands-on exposure to payroll, employee relations, and engagement initiatives, which sparked my interest in HR as a long-term career. As an HR Generalist, I went on to manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and a smooth employee experience.

What brought me to Ambition is the opportunity to blend my understanding of human behaviour with strategic HR practices. I am passionate about fostering mentally healthy, inclusive workplaces and contributing to organisational success through thoughtful and people-centred recruitment.

Roles I Recruit For

I specialise in recruiting for supply chain and procurement roles with salary ranges below RM10,000. My focus includes positions such as Procurement Executives, Sourcing Specialists, Supply Chain Coordinators, Demand Planners, Logistics Executives, and Inventory Analysts. I primarily support industries such as manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, and retail, connecting mid-level professionals with opportunities that align with their expertise and career aspirations.

Outside of Ambition

Outside of recruiting, I love staying active and creative. I play pickleball, do Pilates, practise yoga, and dance Bharatanatyam, a classical Indian art form. When I’m not moving, you’ll likely find me painting, visiting art galleries (my favourite place to recharge), designing my own clothes, or learning how to DJ as my latest creative challenge.
