Workday Support Specialist (L2)
An interesting Workday Support Specialist (L2) opportunity from a financial services provider.
Our client is a well-established financial services firm expanding their HRIS support team in APAC region. We are looking to hire a strongly driven sole contributor for L2 Workday support on core HCM and other modules.
- Providing hands on L2 support to resolve Workday system related issues.
- Manage proper escalation of incident requests to ensure optimal performance as per SLA.
- Support relevant system configuration and enhancement based on business requirements and overall blueprint.
- Deliver regional HRIS projects and end user trainings.
- Assist the team for R&D activities whenever necessary.
- Computer Science graduates (Bachelor's degree and above)
- At least 6 years of experience in regional system support environment
- Deep expertise in Workday, particularly core HCM and recruitment modules
- Relevant Workday certifications will be an added advantage
- Team player with substantial experience in operating within a complex global team
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Local Malaysians only
