Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Deploy, manage, and maintain Windows application servers in production environments.

  • Perform regular updates, system maintenance, and infrastructure monitoring.

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Windows-based systems, including issue resolution and root cause analysis.

  • Implement system changes, releases, and ensure proper documentation in the asset database.

  • Manage user authorizations, data reporting, and ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met.

  • Support server operations at foreign locations and assist in server migration projects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT products and services efficiently using agile methods.

  • Develop and implement digital strategies and technical improvements across the infrastructure.

  • Participate in risk management, agile quality assurance, and customer support.

  • Optimize system processes and ensure adherence to security and accessibility standards.

Job Requirements

  • Education & Experience:

    • University degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.

    • Strong background in Windows system administration and IT operations.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in deploying and managing Windows servers.

    • Experience with middleware tools (SEP, Tivoli, Snare, Backup systems).

    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure).

    • Solid knowledge of security technologies (SIEM, SEP, PAM, security patching).

    • Skilled in scripting languages: PowerShell, Ansible, Visual Basic, Perl, and batch scripting.

    • Capable of monitoring OS health, handling system vulnerabilities, and performing health checks.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Agile mindset with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

    • Effective communicator with strong documentation and collaboration abilities.

    • Able to work independently, adapt quickly, and contribute to cross-functional teams.
