(VP) Technical Manager - Digital Banking

A multinational bank that has presence across APAC, Europe, and North America, is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager for their Digital Banking Domain.

What you'll do?

• Plan and drive technical deliverables according to projects' requirements within budget and timeline given
• Work closely with Systems Analyst to understand the requirements collected, and decide the functional and technical requirements
• Partner with Architects, Development Leads, Security, for solution designing and ensure the design complies with the principles, seceurity, and control standards
• Manage technical implementations across Application teams in the organization
• Collaborate with stakeholders from different levels as well as vendors

What you need to have?

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• A proven track of at least 10 years of professional experience in developing and delivering IT solutions for a regional organization & 8 years of leadership experience in managing IT delivery teams
• Strong technical knowledge in distributed platforms & middleware (Java, WebLogic, Websphere, JBoss, Oracle, Unix/Linux)
• Experienced in running both Waterfall and Agile projects
• Result-oriented with effective communication skills as this role is required to deal with senior technical / business stakeholders
