VP Risk Weighted Assets

Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed RWA & EL analysis and forecasting to stakeholders to facilitate business decision & planning.
• Provide business advice on RWA & EL change drivers and work with business for practical avenues to manage RWA & EL.
• Lead team to facilitate data & information infrastructure to enable bankwide stakeholders to access and analyse RWA & EL.
• Lead team to work with business and finance to identify appropriate data sources and input points for own RWA forecasting and analysis.
• Lead team to work with own dept team and IT to enable data links from data sources to automate certain standard reports.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years experience in Banking/Finance related field and 5 years familiar with forecasting/budgeting
• Has knowledge in Basel IRB & SA RWA and understanding of PD LGD EAD EL and Provisions
• Knowledge in Credit modelling will be a rare and significant added-advantage.
• Good command of Excel, Macro programming. SAS/SQL will be an added-advantage.
