VP, Cash & Trade Management

Our Client

A reputable foreign bank is seeking a VP, Cash & Trade Management to develop and market financial solutions to maximise total return on the portfolio.

About the Role

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for each client based on knowledge of client industry, growth projections and funding objectives
• Build relationship with existing clients and prospective clients, including coordination of the deal structure and closing sufficient transactions to meet agreed revenue targets
• Achieve planned earnings and contribute to profit, ensuring that revenue is maximised from all clients and that minimum budget targets are met
• Drive holistic end-to-end account planning process, including completing and maintaining relationship plans, files notes and reports
• Develop industry knowledge as a platform to advise clients, and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of all clients' goals, objectives and strategic direction
• Manage the business holistically which include the overall business and end-to-end operating model (people, process, system, governance and controls)
• Provide ideas or initiatives that enable the bank to differentiate itself and increase the level of business with clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline(s)
• Minimum 10 years' experience handling front office roles in the banking industry
• Solid knowledge in cash management, trade, treasury, FX and money markets etc
• Proven sales records and with high commitment to growing new businesses
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders in a matrix organisation
