VP, Behavioural Insights

Job description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and advance the Behavioral Insights Programme, including strategy, implementation plans, and end-to-end processes.
  • Enhance processes for identifying and measuring behaviors and addressing gaps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for effective reporting, utilizing visualization tools and leaderboards.
  • Devising support processes for improving secure behaviors and driving change.
  • Provide insights to shape learning programs and initiatives that address behavioral gaps and priority behaviors.
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders, including HODs, HR, and vendors, while serving as a Behavioral Insights SME.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Human Resource / Psychology/Behavioral Science or relevant studies.
  • Minimum 8years of industry experience in Behavioral Science and human behavior change principles.
  • Enthusiastic about behavior change, culture, and cyber security risk.
  • Capable of creating impactful reports for business stakeholders.
  • Understanding of cyber security risk, policies, controls, and regulatory environments, with a focus on driving behavior-related initiatives.
