UX Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and uphold copy guidelines to ensure consistency across projects.
• Craft clear, concise copy for digital platforms, securing stakeholder approvals.
• Review and refine local market copies to align with quality standards.
• Recommend content strategies early in projects for a seamless user experience.
• Manage copy schedules to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Analyze data to suggest copy improvements for enhanced UX.
• Streamline the workflow for copy creation and approvals.
• Share responsibility for achieving CX measurement targets.
• Collaborate with external vendors and tech partners.

Key Requirements:

• Passionate about new technologies, digital products, and creating exceptional user experiences.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• Familiar with app and web development processes.
• Continuously updated on the latest UX writing methodologies, best practices, trends, and AI technologies.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital product copywriting.
• Proficient in writing clear, concise English copy.
• Strong grasp of interaction design and UI principles for apps and websites.
