You will be having the opportunity to deliver in depth research programs, from conducting thorough interview sessions, performing research synthesis and formulating reports and presentation of your findings, you are able to garner contextual understanding of what truly matters to users. As a qualified User Researcher, the incumbent should possess the following:

• At least 4 years' experience as user researcher, well-versed with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Curious and analytical to seek valuable meaning
• Ability to own the end-to-end user research process
• Excellent communicator
• Role is open to Malaysians only
