Treasury Executive

The company listed on the mainboard of Singapore Stock Exchange with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Africa and Europe. They are currently looking for a experienced Treasury Executive to join the highly collaberative team based in Port Klang.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure timely reporting of group forex position by updating forex trades positions.
• Responsible for the timely and correct processing, distribution and information compilation to support forex operations.
• To perform forex trades validation and confirmation for the group of companies.
• To perform daily and monthly forex position reconciliations with entities.
• Actively support front office with their trade execution and address issues relating to forex operations.
• Work with other functions to support daily forex operations.
• Run accounting and trade contracts reports from systems and analyze them

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
• Minimum one year working experience in a trading company in finance and accounts in the area of foreign exchange exposure and hedging
• Preference will be given to candidate who has understanding of banks trade confirmation on foreign exchange contracts to their clients
• Proficient in MS Excel
