Trade Marketing Manager

Job description

A Trade Marketing Manager position is now available with one of Malaysia's leading homegrown brands in the FMCG space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be mainly responsible for developing a channel strategy to grow the company's presence within Malaysia.
  • Establish an effective business process that allows effective communication between the Sales and Marketing department.
  • Working with the Sales Director to develop a trade strategy for each trade channel and key account.
  • Ensuring that the brand identity and positioning aligns with promotional strategies.
  • Analyze sales performance to develop continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing or relevant field.
  • 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing within Malaysia's FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge in trade and channel strategies.
  • Competency with data analysis and tools such as Nielsen/Kantar.
