Our client is a well known organisation within the financial services industry. They continue to set new standards as an innovative industry leader within the market and is currently looking to hire a threat intelligence talent to join their team.

In summary, this role is required to provide L2 & L3 support to respond, investigate, contain, escalate and coordinate mitigation of security events for the organization. You will also be managing internal & external sources of intelligence and to review threat feeds/reports. In this role, you will also be responsible to oversee the cyber threat intelligence operations and provide reporting to the global operations. Apart from this, you will be performing threat researches and work closely with internal security teams to provide and improve the existing prevention and detection methods. You will also be monitoring, reviewing and responding to security alerts from SIEM, and manage cyber incidents associated to threats, intrusions, compromise, and unusual, unauthorized or illegal activity via CSIRT framework.

To qualify an individual must possess:

• A bachelor's/ master's degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering
• More than 4 years of technical experience in cyber security space
• 3 years plus experience in cyber threat intelligence
• In-depth knowledge in CSIRT framework
• Hands on experience in either one of this technologies - SIEM/ XDR/ SOAR/ TIP/ EDR/ NTA platforms
• Good spoken and written proficiency in English
