Technical Writer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research, write, revise both new and existing content (not just technical manuals but also any educational materials related to products by the organization.
• Actively seek for best practises and make improvements to the ways the technical documentation team collaborates.
• Create thorough documentation resources that adhere to organisational standards.
• Gain a thorough understanding of our products so you can interpret complex product information into clear, interesting writing.
• Strive to understand the technical documentation requirements and expectations of customers.

Requirements:

• Has experience coming up with dovcumentation for software.
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• An ongoing drive to learn how the technical documentation sector and industry are growing.
• Minimum 2years of experience in technical writing in the software development domain.
• Are passionate in technology and you are keen to learn new applications and skills.
• Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English with a high sense of detail.
