Technical Specialist

Our client is a renowned car brand that is currently looking for a Technical Specialist to join their team in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Provide technical support and guidance to service technicians and other team members.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical issues and repair solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and dealership policies.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Technical certification, diploma or degree in automotive technology preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an automotive technician or technical specialist.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
