Technical Service Manager

Job description

My client is a global Massage Product Provider. They are looking for a Technical Service Manager due to rapid expansion.

Your Duties

  • Leading the development and execution of the technical and service strategy for the company.
  • Overseeing all technical departments in the organization, providing guidance on technical decisions and strategy to the team.
  • Managing the technical aspects of the company, directing technical projects, and allocating resources as needed.
  • Establishing and enforcing technical standards and policies.
  • Supervising technical projects.
  • Monitoring and assessing performance.
  • Providing a technical report upon completion of repairs.

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum Possession of a certificate or diploma in electrical, electronic, or mechanical fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical-related environment.
  • Chinese speaking candidates required
  • Capability to work independently, displaying maturity, analytical thinking, and a results-oriented approach with a positive mindset.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in servicing and repairing electrical or electronic items.
