Technical Manager/ senior exec

My client is a renowned Industrial glove manufacturing company, based in Negeri Sembilan. They are looking for a Technical Manager/ Senior Exec due to rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Details Management:

    • Oversee and manage all aspects of product details from conception to production.
    • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of product specifications.
    • Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold product standards.
  2. Quality Assurance:

    • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the production of high-quality products.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any potential issues in the manufacturing process.
    • Collaborate with relevant teams to establish corrective and preventive actions.
  3. Customer Complaints Resolution:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer complaints related to product quality or performance.
    • Investigate and analyze customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
    • Develop and maintain a robust system for tracking and reporting customer complaints and resolutions.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with production, engineering, and quality control teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to various departments to enhance overall product quality.
  5. Continuous Improvement:

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance product quality.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to implement innovative solutions.


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical management role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality control, production processes, and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in resolving customer complaints and implementing preventive measures.
