Technical Lead (Salesforce)

Our client is a global software solutions hub with development members in KL and Europe. We are currently hiring a Technical Lead(Salesforce) to manage mid-sized teams of Salesforce developers and QA testers across KL and Europe. This role is a 50:50 spilt between hands-on development work and managerial duties. The incumbent will be designing and developing complex Salesforce solutions along with the Solution Architect to develop robust architecture. We emphasize on continuous improvements that ensures active learning and new principles being implemented into our work.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or any relevant discipline
  • More than 10 years of work experience in Salesforce development
  • Familiar with agile practices
  • Has worked with mid-sized technical team members from multiple locations
  • Any Salesforce certifications will be added advantages
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in English, able to work independently
