Technical Lead (Java)

A US-based company, also one of the key players in providing enterprise technology / solutions for various industries e.g. Bank, Retail, etc., is searching for a Java Technical Lead. Work arrangement: Hybrid

What you'll do?

• Deal with clients directly and lead the sessions to collect & analyse technical requirements, provide professional consultancy services for their deployment / migration relevant tasks
• Involve in the overall solution architecture & design, development, and deployment according to the clients' requirements
• Coordinate the technical delivery & provide technical guidance to the assigned team members
• Define strategies for different development phases including Testing and Deployment
• Generate detailed and high-quality documentation throughout the entire process
• Lead the Disaster Recovery (DR) planning & execution

What you need to have?

• A proven track of minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, with some mentoring / leading experience
• Excellent technical knowledge and strong in application design using Java & Eclipse
• Excellent communication & personal skills
• Good knowledge with databases, preferably Oracle
• Good to have knowledge of the payment industry
