Technical Delivery Manager (Bank)

Job description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end technical delivery for projects in Credit Origination and Wealth Management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Manage cross-functional squads, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Oversee solution architecture, integration, and system design aligned with banking standards.
  • Drive agile delivery practices, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors, internal IT teams, and external partners.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Provide domain expertise and guidance on credit workflows, wealth products, and customer journeys.


Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT delivery or domain leadership roles within banking.
  • Strong understanding of Credit Origination (e.g., loan processing) and/or Wealth Management (e.g., investment products, portfolio management, advisory tools)/ CRM.
  • Proven experience managing technical teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Familiarity with banking systems, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience working with banks or regional financial institutions is a plus.
