This role requires you to be provision, monitor and maintain applications/ infrastructure. You will be responsible to manage a complex, data centred application landscape. In this role, you will build and maintain the needed toolset and platforms required to do deployment, alerting, monitoring and logging of the application environment. You are also required to ensure product testing, security and global compliance requirements are assessed, updated and rolled out. Last but not least, you will be advising internal and external stakeholders in decision making in regards to applications life cycle management and future enhancements based on the application's technical performance.

To qualify an individual must possess:


  • A Bachelor's/Masters degree in Information Technology or Computer Science/ Software Engineering or relevant studies
  • More than 5 years of experience in IT application landscape
  • Strong engineering experience on Linux and Public Cloud (AWS)
  • Good troubleshooting experience on system and application level (performance, integrations and configurations)
  • Experienced in tool like Terraform or Ansible
  • Well versed in database technology - MySQL, Couchbase or MariaDB
  • Experience in building, managing, mornitoring, logging and alerting platforms
  • LOCAL Malaysian
