Responsibilities:

• providing strategic leadership across all aspects of Technology Risk.
• driving excellence in execution through a highly skilled and engaged team
• first line of defence role and is responsible for governance, risk and compliance
• accountable for driving the implementation and execution of the information cyber security policy and standards across the organisation
• develop risk strategy and be the Subject Matter Expert in this area
• drive strategic information & cybersecurity remediation programs
• assess design and operate effectiveness of key controls through Risk & Control Self-assessment framework
• conducts regulatory reviews of technology risks in partnership with other departments

What you'll need to succeed:

• A recognised Degree qualification
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience covering implementation strategy and operational solutions
• 5 years experience in information security, IT auditing, GRC management
• Experienced in financial services industry
• Possess certifications like CISA, CISSP, CISM or CRISC (added advantage)
