Our client

Our client is a leading e-commerce company and a market leader in their own specialization. They are seeking for a motivated and strategic Team Lead to lead their frontend development team.

The Role

The Frontend Team Lead comes with proven technical capabilities in building software that powers consumer web experience, as well as an incumbent who is driven by delivering great features to the customer and executing technical initiatives that keep the team on the edge of technology. Other responsibilities include:

  • Define and plan modernization of the frontend tech stack
  • Lead and manage a frontend engineering team
  • Set technical standards for the team and grow them into independent engineers
  • Drive the progress of the product and technical roadmap

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience building large scale web applications, with minimum 2 years in leadership role capability.
  • Proficient in web technologies: ES6+, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Experience in React or Vue
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders
