Team Manager / Scrum Master

We're looking for capable talent to take up the responsibility as a Team Manager / Scrum Master, and training will be provided if you're planning to further develop your skillset as a Scrum Master.

What you will do?

• Take care of daily scrum ceremonies - sprint meetings, daily stand-up
• Actively involved in the planning and allocation of tasks to the team members
• Directly manage a small technical team, some hands-on involvement in development and QA
• Responsible for the team's growth, conduct performance review and put in plan for each member's career development
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (local & overseas) and keep them updated throughout the entire project / process

What you need to have?

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the Software Engineering field, involved in hands-on delivery as well as managing a team
• Preferable tech stack: Nodejs & Reactjs
• A people-person, passionate in growing individuals by realising and releasing their potential
• CSM or relevant certification is good to have
• Always have an open mind & good communication skills
