Team Lead (Retail & Wealth Banking)

Job description

Role Summary

Responsible for leading a team of Personal Bankers to achieve sales objectives and deliver high-quality customer service across retail and wealth banking segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide team members to meet individual and team targets.
  • Execute sales strategies and initiatives to expand customer portfolios.
  • Track performance and provide coaching and development support.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Work with specialists to provide comprehensive customer solutions.
  • Review market trends and sales data to identify opportunities and manage risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales management within retail or wealth banking.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching capabilities.
  • Knowledge of banking systems and digital platforms.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential.
