System Analyst CRM (Ms Dynamics)

Job description


  • Actively participate in application and solution design sessions.
  • Analyze user requirements and translate them into comprehensive design documents.
  • Develop system documentation to document key design decisions.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to business users in a clear and understandable language.
  • Create technical documents to support solution development.
  • Design and develop applications in accordance with change requests and project requirements.
  • Conduct testing, maintenance, and recommend software enhancements to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Collaborate with production support team members to conduct root cause analysis, review code, and perform unit testing.

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a system analyst with expertise in CRM platforms, particularly MS Dynamics, spanning over 6 years.
  • Proficiency in CRM modules related to customer onboarding and engagement.
  • Proven track record in gathering business requirements, reviewing functional specifications, and creating technical design documents.
  • Exposure to collaborating with multiple teams, both functional and technical.
  • Familiarity with aligning specifications across various systems and interfaces, including middleware, core systems, and CRM.
  • Experience in managing issues, including prioritization and assignment to the appropriate teams.
