Supply Planner

This beverage manufacturer based in Selangor is looking to hire a Supply Planner who has experience within a commercial setting. This person must have excellent stakeholder management skills and strong communication with a demonstrated proficiency in forecasting and statistics. This role will require optimizing inventory and encouraging asset utilisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing the supply plan, implementing strategies to reduce out of stock and over stock issue and determining priorities
• Responsible in making adjustments to the operational purchase plan and stock balance
• Managing and coordination purchases with respective brands for the monthly replenishment cycles
• Key lead in monthly pre S&OP meetings
• Assessing the inventory storage capabilities and financial structure of the business
• Participating and supporting the process improvement initiatives like implementation of BI tools

Skills & Experience Required:

• Have minimum 5 years of relevant work experience within the supply planning space
• Preferably from a FMCG background and must be from commercial setting (Non production and non-manufacturing)
• Have proficiency experience is using softwares like Microsoft Excel and Power BI
