About our client:

Our client is one of the leading manufacturing MNCs in their field of products, offering great opportunities for internal growth and exposure. They are currently expanding their operations and are looking for a supply chain professional to apply to the position of Supply Chain, S&OP Manager.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and chair the Sales & Operations Planning process (S&OP)

-Subject matter expert for Enterprise Lean Sigma Process, providing guidance to teams on ELS Projects.

-Key person in planning process on Supply Chain for supporting new projects & product launch with other internal stakeholders

-Drive for process improvement projects in the scope of work

-Leading a team of executives in Planning and Customer service

-Other related tasks when required

Requirements:

-Bachelor Degree in Transport & Logistics or related field of studies

-8 years of experience in Supply chain and Planning

-Proven experience in S&OP and Customer Service is a MUST

-Good stakeholder management, able to deal with high level management discussions to influence & recommended practices to meet company business objective
