If you are looking for growth in a fast-moving environment, this could be the place for you! We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager who can manage end-to-end Supply Chain, Inventory, and Warehouse. This role will manage a combination of Health-related products such as Supplements and Compression wear.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Supply Chain Oversight: Manage supply chain operations locally and also 3 other countries, including inventory, 3PL, warehousing, distribution, and logistics. Optimize processes for improvement where applicable.

  2. S&OP and Forecasting: Lead S&OP, consensus forecasting, and demand-supply balancing. Implement replenishment strategies for efficient inventory flow.

  3. Stakeholder Management: Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders. Ensure smooth product launches through effective inventory planning.

  4. Vendor Management: Negotiate with 3PL vendors for cost-effective delivery. Monitor and address vendor performance issues.

  5. Risk and Performance Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks. Analyze performance data to drive improvements and meet KPIs. Lead and motivate the supply chain team.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 6-7 years in supply chain, with 3 years in people management.
  • Skills: Freight forwarding, 3PL management, overseas exposure.
  • Expertise: Inventory, warehouse, and logistics management.
  • Systems: Proficient in WMS/ERP.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus for 3PL interactions.
