Supply Chain Lead (Local Streetwear)

This rapidly growing gaming venture company based in KL is looking to hire a young, eager-to-grow Supply Chain Lead who has had experience in local streetwear brands. Need someone who is familiar with working with manufacturers in China and Vietnam, has an entrepreneurial mindset and has a passion for the gaming and streetwear industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with high-quality, cost-effective manufacturers, primarily in China and Vietnam, to produce our unique streetwear apparel
• Manage the procurement process, including negotiating contracts, price, and payment terms with suppliers
• Oversee the end-to-end refund process, ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining brand reputation
• Manage warehousing, shipment, and packaging operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards, delivery schedules, and contractual obligations

Skills & Experience Required:

• Has relevant experience in supply chain management in the (local) streetwear apparel industry
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, procurement, warehousing, and shipping processes
• Experience working with manufacturers in China and Vietnam
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
