Supply Chain Executive - Packaging Materials

A global beverage leader with over a century of history, renowned for its quality, innovation is looking for a Supply Chain Executive - Packaging Materials to handle operations and procurement planning to ensure material availability, stakeholder alignment, and timely reporting. This role reports to the Supply Chain Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees daily operational planning and reporting to ensure material availability aligns with production needs, adhering to agreed service levels, logistics policies, and standards for Returnable Packaging Materials (RPM)
• Guarantees adequate material supply to support production
• Coordinates the procurement of RPM based on requirements, ensuring suppliers meet On-Time In-Full (OTIF) standards, including managing the material ordering process and issuing PRs/POs.
• Collaborates with key stakeholders to manage and align expectations
• Prepares weekly, monthly, and other necessary reports as required

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Business Studies, Administration, Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent professional qualifications
• Possesses at least three years of experience in logistics management or supply chain planning
• Demonstrates knowledge of packaging materials and familiarity with basic packaging and supply chain processes
• Experience in beverage or food manufacturing operations is an added advantage
• Skilled in management reporting and capacity planning
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
