About our client:

Our client is one of the leading players in Logistics, offering great opportunities for internal growth through a fast-paced environment. They are currently expanding their operations and are looking for a supply chain professional to apply to the position of Supply Chain Executive (Mandarin Speaker).

Responsibilities:

-Coordinator of transport matters in sea, air, truck and Courier Express Parcels

-Main contact for internal stakeholders, customers & forwarding agents based in China for operations and enquires

-Coordinate on documentation in accord with our SOP with forwarders and customers

-Assist Logistics Manager (Sales and Purchasing) with quotations and customer data

-Collectively working with Operations Manager on the performance of forwarders and all operational issues in transport

-Implementation of customer projects and SOP's

-Other related tasks in operations assigned

Requirements:

-Bachelor Degree in Transport & Logistics or related field of studies

-2 to 4 year working experience in Transport Logistics (Sea, Air & Truck forwarding) is a MUST

-Fluent in written and verbal skills in English and Mandarin is a MUST

(role requires verbal and written correspondence with China customers, forwarders and other stakeholders)

-Good stakeholder management, able to cope in a fast-paced international organization with multiple cultures
