Supply Chain Assistant Manager

Job description

Role Overview:
Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and team management, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and smooth material flow across domestic and international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic sourcing, negotiate with suppliers, and manage contracts to optimize cost, quality, and reliability.

  • Oversee inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely stock availability.

  • Manage domestic and international logistics, including transportation, shipping, and cost control.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain activities with production and business planning.

  • Lead and mentor the supply chain team, implement process improvements, and ensure operational governance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.

  • 7-10 years' experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, preferably in regulated industries.

  • Knowledge of international shipping, regulatory compliance, and process optimization.

  • Familiarity with ERP/analytics tools is an advantage.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
