Key responsibilities:

  • To offer customers a single point of contact and support for incidents and requests relating to technology through voice, email, the web, and other pertinent media.
  • Gain knowledge of the TS-EUS-Service Desk business solution and look for areas for devel-opment.
  • The control of user accounts and system access privileges across all company IT services. In accordance with the requirements of System Administration, it also involves the management of Non-User Service accounts.
  • To make it easier to restore and fulfil regular technology operational service while having the least possible negative business impact on the customer and keeping to the agreed-upon ser-vice levels and business priorities.

To qualify an individual must possess:

  • Should be knowledgeable about Microsoft products, the ServiceNow ticketing system, Soft-ware Configuration Management, and Mobile Device Management.
  • he preferred certifications for the Service Desk Manager framework include MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, MCP, ITIL, and SDI.
  • Must have previous expertise handling international stakeholders and guaranteeing SLA-com-pliant ticket resolution.
  • Flexible with rotating shift schedules.
