Sourcing Lead (Telco)

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with division objectives
  • Manage vendor selection, negotiations, contracts, and long-term relationships
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives, analyze pricing models, and implement cost-effective strategies.
  • Lead contract negotiations, review legal terms, and ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Evaluate supplier performance, establish KPIs, and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, conduct market research, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sourcing team, set objectives, and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or Business.
  • 10+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the technology and network industry, including emerging technologies and regulatory requirements.
  • Extensive experience in contract negotiation and legal/commercial terms within technogy and network-related agreements.
  • Strong financial acumen for cost analysis and total cost of ownership evaluation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and alignment.
  • Strategic thinking, continuous learning mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
