Our client is one of the largest local banks in Malaysia. They are currently in search of capable talent to take up the role of Software Engineer (CCS4) to support applications customization, integration and maintenance.

Responsibility

Applications Architecture

• Provide planning or improvement of Group IT solutions architecture

Application and Systems Development

• Develop enterprise applications and integration align with group IT solutions architecture
• Support IT application development functions including planning, organizing, outsourcing and monitoring of project development
• Improve existing systems and ensure efficiency in applications delivery
• Able to provide application customization and integration, user training, installation, live implementation support and maintenance
• Perform application customization which includes customization requests analysis, write amendment on program specifications, design, code and test complex programs
• Supervise and solve applications issues, production system SLA
• Provide support to business users and ensure compliance to all processes

Applications Maintenance and Support

• Provide effective L1 or L2 application support

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology, IT, Engineering or relevant field
• At least 2-5 years of experience as Oracle Developer
• Experience in developing applications using Oracle 12c or 19c database
• Demonstrate in depth knowledge in developing applications using ODI, PL/SQL Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Database Triggers, Tables, Indexes, Views, Sequences, Synonyms, developing UNIX Shell Scripts
• Knowledge in data extraction, transformation and loading operations on oracle using ODI, SQL*Loader, UTL_FILE Package
• Experience in requirement gathering from the client and preparing FSD and TSD for reports.
• Experience in tuning and performance improvement on queries
• Good understanding in AMLCFT domain, with experience in writing batch flow documentation
