Software Architect (Technical Lead)

What You'll Do:

• Architect scalable backend systems and domain-driven designs
• Define and evolve APIs with clear boundaries and contracts
• Set and monitor SLOs for performance, latency, and reliability
• Write and review production-grade Go code daily
• Lead technical discussions and guide engineering best practices
• Mentor and elevate your team to deliver with speed and precision

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of backend experience, with 3+ in a lead or architect role
• Strong in Go, Kubernetes, and distributed systems
• Deep understanding of scalability and system trade-offs
• Passion for writing clean, efficient code
• Proven record in mentoring and driving technical excellence

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with GCP, Terraform, or Kafka
