Service Delivery Manager - Application Development

Reporting to the CIO, this role is focusing mainly on service delivery management and account management responsibilities dealing with application development team and vendor management. In this role, you will be working closely with application directors from APAC and other internal stakeholders to improve service delivery performance. You will aso me working closely with local process managers and account manager to ensure achievement on SLA targets and reviewing compliance reports regularly. Last but not least, you will be assisting with potential issues associated with vendors and mitigate the risk.

To qualify an individual must possess:

• A Bachelor's/Masters degree in Information Technology or Computer Science/ Applications or relevant studies
• More than 12 years' experience in end user environment
• Strong knowledge in application development and application support management/ projects
• Adequate experience in global environment with offshore vendor management experience
• Experience in Google collaboration tools and ServiceNow is a plus
• The ability to communicate with different level of stakeholders and able to adapt to changes
• Good verbal and written skills in English
