Senior UI Designer (Financial Services)

Job Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality UI artifacts for the organization's digital products across various devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into user-friendly interfaces.
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and market research.
• Develop and maintain a design library/style guide to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design skills and projects.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design process and decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field, with at least 3 years of UI design experience.
• Stay updated with the latest visual trends.
• Hand-drawing and creative design skills are a plus.
